• Seating is limited and not guaranteed.
• Boarding passes will be emailed by Friday, 13th December 2024, or the next working day for later purchases. Please ensure the correct email address is provided.
• Photo ID and boat tickets are required prior to boarding. Pier passes can be sent with tickets if needed.
• Please allow for extra travel time due to road and station closures; use public transport as taxis and private vehicles are restricted near piers.
• Our vessels cannot accommodate for latecomers. Group bookings must arrive together.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
